Chai is essentially the tea version of a latte. In India, Chai tea is aerated by hand-pouring it four feet into the air from one container into another. We use a variety of the finest black teas from India and add our perfected blend of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, and other spices that make for the ideal cup of chai. For a touch of sweetness, add a bit of cane sugar. Sold loose leaf in 8oz package.
