Espresso Padua (Medium Roast)

A medium roast espresso blend that works well in nearly all espresso machines. Each varietal component is roasted separately and blended afterwards so every nuance of this silky smooth espresso is all about flavor. Extraction reveals thick, sustained crema that stays rim-wide for minutes on end. In the tradition of fine espressos, only the finest Arabicea coffee species are used leaving out the high caffeine Robusta varieties.
