Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe comes from the so-called “cradle of coffee” as Ethiopia is considered one of the potential regions where coffee was originally discovered. The coffee plant is indigenous to this part of the world. It has a light to medium in body, with distinct herbal/floral aromas and a bit of berry/wine to its palate. 

We use our Signature Roast for this offering, with it's ability to balance the inherent varietal characteristics, but also trying to bring out the body and fullness of all our coffees.
