Colombia Excelso

Colombian coffees have long been part of the American coffee scene and has generally garnered a good reputation. Our Colombian Excelso coffee offers what people expect from this particular varietal: balance. You get a little bit of everything in this coffee - body, acidity, and flavor. This is a great everyday drinker that always delivers. We use this particular varietal in a lot of blends when trying so smooth out the edges of other varietals that may come across to strong.

We use our Signature Roast for this offering, with it's ability to balance the inherent varietal characteristics, but also trying to bring out the body and fullness of all our coffees.
